Last weekend we finally made time to sort through our storage area, unpack the last leftover boxes and neatly put everything in its place on the big Ikea shelves we built. The other half of this room is our study, and it feels so much nicer in here now. Like an actual room instead of a junk dumping ground. I love having a study which is separate from the house. I can get cosy out here in my little cave with my laptop and some soft music…
There’s something about washed-out polaroids (okay, fake polaroids) which makes me think of summer. And fans. I love them and their white noise… Zzz…
The dresser in the bottom this photo used to be in our bedroom, but now we use it as a linen press~
Since our new bedroom is too small to fit anything next to the bed, I put our old bedside tables together at the end of my desk. One half is art supplies, and the other stores all of my wool, crocheting, and sewing things. Lovely vintage wool and material kept from when I was little. I used to have pyjamas made from the blue deer-print one.
I use a big pile of library books as my bedside table now ♥
