For the past few weeks I have been working on a portrait commissioned by my friend, Lo, for her blog. It was fun getting out my paints and sketchbook again, it’s been far too long~

The finished product is here. I’m very pleased with how it turned out!

I’m 14 weeks today, and enjoying the rare moments when I get a nausea-free day here and there. This morning sickness can’t last forever, can it? Aside from that we’re all doing very well ♥

Hehe, I think you’re pretty safe from that sort of thing :) Although B. has escaped having the symptoms but he has to do all the extra housework and heavy lifting for me now!

Your artwork is so cute; it looks like it could be in a fairy tale book or something~. <3

From what little I know about pregnancy (very little, ahaha), I do know that some people stop having morning sickness partway through their term, although I don't know if that's the same for everyone; I hope you start feeling better soon! :O

What a cute little watercolour. I checked out the finished product over at Lo’s blog & its very impressive.
Glad to hear your feeling better. Fingers crossed you don’t have to put up with morning sickness for your entire pregancy.

Yes, me too! I have a feeling it will eventually go away, because it is getting ‘better’ (or maybe lesser is the right word, heh).

Thank you! I’m glad you like the painting! :)
