We put up our tree last night. It’s so small and cute and filled with a mix of childhood ornaments, I just love it ♥ Christmas is one of my favourite times of year! There’s going to be lots of carol-listening, gingerbread baking, and holiday movie watching going on over here.
One tradition I love is watching a whole lot of favourite Christmas movies, we started last night with Elf. Some others on our list are the Santa Clause movies, Home Alone 1 & 2, and Rudolph the Red Nosed Reindeer. What are your favourites? I need more for my list!
Here is a little peek at last year’s tree, just for fun~

Elf is the best! I love our tree, it’s fibre optic too so I don’t have to worry about untangling lights :)
Your tree is so cute. Elf is the all-time best Christmas movie in my opinion. :) It can always cheer me up and put me in a Christmasy mood.

I got all teary at the end when they were singing, hehe.
The home alone movies are tradition for me :) I like how you decorated your TV stand.

Aww thank you! I love the Home Alone movies, I don’t think I’ll ever get tired of watching them :)
Your tree is so darling and festive looking. All those movies are wonderful for the holidays, here’s some of my favorites. “A Christmas Story”, “How the Grinch Stole Christmas” both the cartoon and the one with Jim Carrey. “The Polar Express” is a good Christmas movie too.
Ooh these are all good movies! I’ll add those to my list~
When I was a kid I used to live for ‘Miracle on 34th Street’ every Christmas! I’ve never seen Elf but I always hear such good things about it so I better watch it this week :)
I’ve never seen ‘Miracle on 34th Street’! I’ll add that to my list too :)
