Instagram life

Here is my life from the past few weeks, as captured by my Instagram photos~

1) Breakfast goodies: brown sugared grapefruit and a big cup of coffee, 2) I love my gold glitter nailpolish, 3) Biscuits I made using recipes from the ‘Afternoon Tea‘ book (lemon butter biscuits, and honey biscuits :9), 4) Mana, sleeping on the job as usual, 5) Showing off my favourite ModCloth cardigan (it has thumb holes!), 6) Taking some still-life photos just for fun- I will share them soon~, 7) On the tram into the city, 8) And… my new computer which just arrived today ♥ My first new computer in years, and also my first ever Mac. I love it!

      Hehe, yes, it is from Blond! I have family in Amsterdam so it’s a fun souvenir to have :) The other side of the cup has pretty Dutch row-houses on it.

      I love sparkly polish! I found this one in a cheap section at my local chemist :)

      It seems like everyone uses a Mac, doesn’t it? I thought it would be nice to get one so it would feel really new and different, rather than just getting another PC. They’re very user friendly compared to a Windows OS. But both are good! My little pink Sony Vaio has served me well over the years~

      They were really good! It’s a great book because the recipes are all based on the types of things mums and nannas would make- so very simple ingredients and easy to make (perfect for me, because I am not a very fancy chef~).

      Everyone said I would be in love with a MacBook and they were right! It’s so hard to explain but it is just so… nice! Yay!

      Isn’t the mug great? It’s a perfect size for a big cup of coffee too.

      Thank you! I’m loving my MacBook! I always resisted getting a Mac since I’m a lifetime PC user, but it’s really fun to use. PCs are good too, but I can see why Macs get so much love :)

    oh i just gotta make more use out of this app! you’ve given me a bunch of insp, really amped me up for tomorrow, so gonna be pulling out the phone and “sans”ing the sony ; )

      Hehe, I’m the opposite, I use my phone too much and my camera not enough, so I’m trying to take more pictures with my DSLR. It’s nice to have something small and portable for taking spur of the moment pics though, it’s one of the main things I use my phone for!
