It’s hard to believe that I only have about two weeks until the start of my third trimester. Time is flying! I’m loving this stage of pregnancy. Finally I’m a have a noticeable belly, even if it is a small one. Felix is very active, and kicks in response to our hands being on the bump. The other night he kicked me and I poked back and felt a little hand (or foot) flex against my finger. It was very surreal!
My favourite of all our recent baby purchases, some gorgeous handmade moccasins, made by Talia Christine.
Some days I am so excited to be a Mama and can’t wait to meet this baby boy. Other days I panic and hope he might come with an instruction manual. (I must admit, reading how many feeds and nappy changes a newborn needs was a little confronting…) We don’t have many friends with babies so we’re kinda newbies over here. Still, I think B. and I will do our best, and hopefully we will be fast learners ♥

Whoa, I remember when you first posted about your pregnancy. Time does fly, doesn’t it? Soon you’ll be welcoming that precious little bundle of joy into the world:) Those moccasins are the dearest thing and you look amazing!! At 25 weeks I was such a tank. Best wishes in the 3rd trimester! xx

I was expecting to be huge by now because I’m not very big, but I guess since I’m tall he has a lot of room to stretch out! I’m sure I will be growing a lot over the next few months though~
You will be a wonderful mom and figure it out as you go. It seems like time really is going quickly, but the sooner you get to meet the little guy I suppose. :) I love the little moccasins.

Isn’t pregnancy the best?! Toting around your little friend in your tummy – and if yours is anything like mine they kick at the funniest moments. Almost like they’re agreeing with what you say sometimes. Have you been able to see your belly moving as your baby moves? We have a lot lately and it makes us laugh every time. We figure she’s dancing in there!
Yes, I love that I’ve got a little friend riding around on board, hehe. It’s so fun!
I’ve caught the movements a few times by accident but usually if I stop and wait to see it happen, he won’t do it! Spoilsport :p But I can regularly feel a little foot (I think that’s what it is) poking out and it will sometimes move if I poke back, such a strange feeling!
Oh, congratulations! I well remember this new baby excitement. Longing to see their little face and get to know that little someone who is so close but yet so far ;) Instruction manuals would be nice, but all babies are their own little person. Your best guide will be your new ‘mother’s intuition.’ And super hero hearing that you will suddenly develop ;) and mysterious eyes in the back of your head. Congrats!~
